I called Allied Exterminators on a Friday because we’ve recently noticed ants getting in our home and a lot of spiders in the yard while mowing. Their next available appointment was the following day, Saturday, which was a relief we didn’t have to wait a long time. We had an 8-12 appointment but our technician, Paco, called ahead of time to let me know he would be on his way. When he arrived he was very courteous, polite, and informative. He explained the whole process and paperwork involved. He was very thorough! He sprayed the inside of our home and the outside. While he was outside he took care of a few wasps nests that we recently noticed by the front and back doors without me having to ask. Their prices were very competitive compared to another service we used in the past and so far we are extremely happy with the results. I highly recommend Paco and Allied Exterminators for your pest control needs!

Service agents explain what they are doing, and what they did on each service. When termites were discovered on our property, they took the time to do a thorough inspection, not 15 minutes like the others called. They explained the differences between the types of termites common to our area and some does and don’ts when we find them. Treated our home and did multiple follow ups. They also treat for other pests and each time they come they are on time, tell me what they are here for today, and what they will be doing. The agent asks if we have noticed any activity of a specific bug so they can adjust accordingly. When the agent is finished, he asks if we have any questions and advise if we see any activity from a bug they treated for before our next scheduled treatment, to let him know and he will come back and take care of it. We have used Arrow for almost a year and have had no issues. Always polite, punctual and professional!

Michelle was excellent during appointment setup – very knowledgeable about the extermination process and knew what was going on at my house without even seeing it! Robert, the actual exterminator, was a very cool guy – super knowledgeable as well and no BS. Enjoyed talking with him during the treatment!

The Romney Pest Control agent called before his arrival. He gave me his name and expected time of his arrival. I really do appreciate the call. It lets me be prepared for their arrival. I have been very pleased with the services of this company. Because they will work with your schedules. And they offer their services, if you need them to come back. But, I have not ever had to call back. Great job!

Our Technician Brent was very helpful and professional. We thought we had a mice problem but Brent was able to quickly assure that the odor coming from behind the oven was not due to mice droppings. He then took his time to help us diagnose the root cause. Turns out there was a drain pipe behind the oven that did not have a cap installed on it when the house was constructed. Once the issue was tracked down it was an easy fix with the cap installed. Thank you Brent.
Great service and we will definitely do business with Champions Pest Control again.

This well established local business has been great for us after we were mislead by a national chain. They are so professional and offer multiple services. I recommended them to my mother abs they helped rid the attic of her new house of rats. She was thrilled!

Amazing group of guys that happens to be family! Professional and extremely personable with great knowledge in their field. If you have bug issues these guys will kill them dead! My favorite part is their use of safer methods compared to other companies that I’ve have to worry about my dogs accidentally licking before it’s dry… No thanks, I don’t have time for that! Hire the bug brothers and you won’t regret it!

We have a 2yr contract with terminix but cannot even use it because we ended up moving and can’t take our contract with us ….but I still have to pay the contract off to cancel it and then get a whole new one for my current address at the same value so I’m paying double for one service!! DO NOT GET THEIR SERVICE CONTRACT

Save your money and don’t use this terrible company. If a Tech does show up, they’re about 2 hours later than the scheduled appointment. That’s IF they show up. When you text the appointment line, they’ll tell you that they need a few moments to look up appointments, then never get back to you. But their accounting department is on time to pull their payment!

We did a quarterly contract for standard pest control and an annual termite service with installation.
The contract is fair and priced very competitive.
The service is on time and we are notified in advance when the tech is coming as well as when he is in transit
