I was there for a Date Night. It was set up by A Vision from Shaye Event Planning. She turned that Room and Parlor Suite into a Wonderful Beautiful experience. The staff were Accommodating, and Parking was great. Renovations that they are currently doing will only make it better. Warm cookies 🍪 up front. Also the event Halls are good and spacious for any intimate event you may be thinking of.

This trip was excellent because of the Front office staff Natasha and Heaven. My stay had some unfortunate twists and turns. I came for a work conference and had heard wonderful things about Double Tree from other Family members and Friends. Things that were lacking in the beginning were made up for in those AMAZING staff members. The conference rooms and food provided was also exceptional. So if you ever get the chance to stay at this Double tree it will be made the best experience. Advice to follow in the future- don’t be afraid to ask!

Stayed here in the summer. Room was nice. Food was good. I just wished they had more amenities as their pool was closed and the tennis costed a fortune. Also had my brothers bar mitzvah party here and it was a very nice party.

Only gave it two stars because the front desk staff was helpful though had a very difficult time with English.
Hotel was in terrible shape, several guests complaining of dirty rooms and mice running around. Key didn’t work so the staff let us in but then we still couldn’t come and go. Our room was filthy, no hot water, leaking sink, no phone at all. TV worked. Whole place reeked of marijuana….. which is whatever but I’d prefer it not. Trash piled all over the parking lot and in some hallways. Absolutely don’t go here. It was cheap though.

My stay was a nightmare. The rooms are disgusting. I checked in the 16th of December. I was given room number (104). Key was not working so the guy at the front desk opened the door for me. When I entered the room I noticed mouse droppings on the bed. So I kindly request another room. I was given the room next door (106). I entered the room looking around I noticed the carpet was dirty, the bathroom tub was disgusting. Again I kindly asked for another room. The guy at the front desk said to me. Either take room (104) back or leave. So I decided to leave. As I enter the room I noticed a mouse was eating my food. This hotel is infested with mice! Stay at your own risk. I recommend that you should not stay at that hotel. Save your hard earned money. The manager was avoiding talking to me regarding my experience at that hotel. Believe me I tried giving it 0 stars.

There was a mouse in the room! If you need to hear more than that…

The room was a bit cold and the heater would not get any hotter. The wifi never worked. There were missing towel racks and the coffee maker was missing a piece. The staff didn’t fix anything even after I mentioned them.

I was a few minutes late for check out (because it wasn’t posted anywhere) and the manager was super rude about it, trying to get me to open the door while I was in a towel.

The whole room needed some very basic maintenance like grout for the tub, replacing lampshades and replacing light bulbs, which I didn’t bother complaining about.

When you come in it looks nice but the the rooms are trash. Broken beds walls pealing floors are dirty.

First time I had been back home in a while remember this place from 10yr ago very nice then but now I would not recommend using this hotel ever…went on Priceline everything seemed good but very misleading first they say they have breakfast yes they do at the McDonald’s across the street 2nd they need to let guests know that they have permanent residents (either homeless or low income housing) 3rd constant movement in the hallways and drug dealing. And best yet Police responding to calls (suspicious person with a gun)
Please stay away !!!!!

First I was told i could check in early for an extra charge. They didnt allow me to check in early. They gave me room 140. This room wouldn’t get warm with the heat the whole way up. They then put us in room 103. At 1am the people in 105 was fighting. I was woke up. I checked out at 1:30am. At check out the lady said the cops took care of the noise. I would never stay at this hotel again. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

It’s. Not the way I remember from pre pandemic. The waffles had a strange texture, the syrup was like water the bacon cold . There was a quiche? Was very dense and vegetables were only on the top. The potato lyanaise was dry as sand. The grits was good and fruit very fresh.

I ordered food and had to pick it up at the front desk. I have eaten in the restaurant before the pandemic.The food is average and didn’t look appetizing .The staff seem to be stressed each time I interact with them.They don’t seem to want to be helpful.

Great, unique selection of items. The staff is so, so nice and go out of their way to help you. Instead of telling you where things are, they actually walk you to the area and don’t leave until you’ve got what you’re looking for! Store is always neat and clean & I love the samples of products!

Weird, I left the steak house craving something sweet but not cake sweet. Been wanting to go to trader Joe’s for my favorite granola, peanut butter protein granola. I really wanted something coconut… I couldn’t find anything. Seriously! I asked up front and (I hate doing this but I didn’t catch his name) the young man… We’ll call him said he knew of one thing and it was chocolate and coconut covered almonds. You can taste all three but what I like is the chocolate is not over powering. I am not a big chocolate person. The wafer cookie that I picked up before I found the coconut was so good. I am either a coconut or a peanut butter and I would much rather have them without chocolate but if I have toooo.
