I have been with Brody Brothers for about 4 years and their service has been satisfactory so far. Their service technicians are professional in their approach but I wish they will do a better job in clearing all the dead bugs and spiders they leave behind all the time. But an exception was the last treatment a technician by name Brandy did. Besides being knowledgeable and patient, She did a great Job listening to all my concerns and treated every area inside and outside my home to my satisfaction. I will continue to use this Company and I recommend it for now.

Brody Brothers Pest Control represents the highest level of customer service it has been my pleasure to experience. A fantastic company all around from the office staff to the technicians.

I contracted with this company on the recommendation of another customer and I have not been disappointed.

After the initial inspection, company returned bi-weekly until signs of infestation were under control, and quarterly thereafter. Advised that they remain on-call should a problem arise between scheduled visits. Company notifies when the tech is on the way and he arrives promptly as scheduled. Techs (Wyatt) are knowledgeable, professional and personable. Inspection and each follow-up visit performed thoroughly. Kept me informed of findings on each visit.

Rates are fantastic for the level of service and attention to detail provided.

I recommend the services of Brody Brothers wholeheartedly. Will definitely remain with this company when my current contract expires.

Brody Brothers and their representatives are so courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and all around about the business!

Autumn, who is one of the representatives, she’s an amazing young lady who brings rays of sunshine in your home from the moment she enters it. I am so grateful to have met her and for her to have shared her professionalism and knowledge with me as she was treating my home for German roaches. As she walked me through each step while treating my home, she also answered every question I threw at her with a warm & friendly smile.

These guys were amazing. They came out quickly and did a really thorough walk through of the inside and outside of our house, identified all potential entry points for mice and treated our entire house. Within a week, we saw an impact and within 3 weeks we didn’t see or hear any mice at all. They came back out for a follow up after 2 weeks to verify things were working and checked on the recommendations they made. Overall everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful, and they did amazing work for a good price. Highly recommend!!

I contacted Rosenbloom because of a rodent problem coming from next door. It’s been over a year and the problem has been solved. If I could give Rosenbloom one hundred stars , I would. My technicians Shaloom and Nathan are extremely rare and provide the kind of service not frequently seen in this day and age. Making appointments is stress free. The technicians are friendly, courteous, personable and professional. They are normally on time and if running a little late will give you a call. The follow up is remarkable. If you have a problem and do not contact this company you’re doing yourself a disservice. I am completely satisfied with Rosenbloom and I highly recommend them.

Términix assigned technician to my address by the name James. He is very not responsive, very unprofessional technician. He called me around 8pm to confirm an appointment, I called him back and don’t answer and I messaged him back he didn’t reply too. The following day the day of my appointment, in between 10am-12pm this tech never called ahead as a protocol if we are around or not. So I called him and not answer. So it’s 11:20am he didn’t call at all so I decided to call the customer line and an agent spoke to me and very apologetic, she said, she will call the technician to check where exactly he is. Per agent the technician told her he is with other customer and will be coming late to my address. And I waited once again. At around 12:11pm recorded on my phone, he called to check if I am at home. Of course, I have other errands to do and not bringing my phone with me. So I called him at 12:15 and he didn’t answer. I called customer line another agent said he is not answering. And let me wait another hour. I decided to call James the technician again, this time he answer with very rude tone of voice like I’m the one who is in fault. He said he is with another customer. I said to him why he didn’t follow the schedule for me. He said he keeps calling which is very lie. I told him I called twice to customer line even them confirm to me that he is not answering and I’m still on my schedule window and he is with another customer.( How rude). He raise his tone of voice and he said “what I can do!” Then I told him I have to report his unprofessionalism to his manager.

Don’t ever use this company. Their ad saying free estimate but you will get poor technician and bad treatment. I cancel my other errands and waited for this person and I got nothing from waiting.

I called 9/18 around 5 pm and had an appointment 9/19 by 8 am! The woman (Jessica) I spoke with to make the appointment it self was great. She was very friendly and gave me an understanding of what would happen when the inspector would arrive. I received a call around 8 pm to confirm my 8 am appointment from James. I received a call in the morning when he was arriving. James was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, kind and knew what he was doing! He gave me a ton of insightful information. Thank good I only needed the inspection to rule out an issue that was said came from my apartment, but I know if I ever have a problem with ANYTHING Terminix will be the people I reach out to!

We’ve been dealing with mice issues for over a year, and we found out about @Once after our first pest control didn’t help. @Once immediately pinpointed the problem and found a feeding spot under our cabinet. They performed a drill and dust that was very effective. Highly recommend for any mouse or pest control issue!

I love them sooooooo very much. Mrs. May your light shines through the phone. Customer service is EVERYTHING! This company is SUPER RESPONSIVE, REASONABLY PRICED & THE SERVICE IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. My landlord sends them out n they been coming here for a year or 2 now. Still have the same problem. Very unprofessional when you break something in someone’s home n try to hide it. Yes they tried to hide it. I would give them no stars if i could. They don’t know what they are doing or not using the right stuff. Should have to have the same treatments being done for over a year.

It was a annual visit to change out some of the bait in the bait stations and use foam inside the house where there are any signs of termites being active. My house has been looking pretty better after the initial service from last year. Way less shaving from the Termites going to town on my wooded boards places under the flooring for the main level of the house.

The provider came and put down sticky traps that I can purchase from Home Depot. He pointed out the hole and I had to ask him to fill the hole and put steel wool (initially he told me I could do it myself, not sure why I would pay $300 to be told to fix the problem myself) For the cost I expected a more sophisticated trap and for the holes to be filled without me saying so. I think the service is too costly. I would check with a local hardware store first before contacting this company.

Brad Kimmel was the gentleman who sold me on Orkin. I am so happy that he did. We had a terrible mouse problem for years at this house. Now we have none. Every day we would have to vacuum and rewash dishes to feel sanitary. Not anymore though!

I want to enjoy outdoors with my family but mosquitoes were an issue. I call Deepest and they came very quickly. The treatment was effective and they keep my yard clean. Price was reasonable and the technician was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend it to everyone.

I am a property manager/landlord and Beauty Shop owner. I hired Crown Bed Bug Eliminators to do a duplex that I own. I shopped around and no one came close to their price so I was initially skeptical. They showed up on time in a professional truck with no exterminator advertising on it. They explained the complete process to my tenants and myself and went to work. It’s been close to 6 months and not a creature is stirring. I own quite a number of properties, as well as manage properties for other property owners and won’t hesitate to call them again if I find myself having to deal with this issue. In addition, They’re price was so reasonable that I am able to make a fee for referring them to other property owners that I work with. Best of the best
