My borrower used Hansen Services for a termite inspection for a VA loan. They were quick to get the inspection done and went above and beyond to get us the necessary forms when we needed them. They always answer the phone promptly which isn’t always the case when calling pest control companies so this is a huge plus. Will definitely use again in the future!

I signed up for both Indoor/outdoor service and mosquitos service for my yard. After the initial service none of the issues were fixed, so I called again for them to come out. They did and treated the house again, now 3 weeks later, I still have the same issues with silver fish, ants on my front porch, and centipede. I called them again today to see if they were willing to resolve the issue and come out again and they said if they do come out there’s going to be another charge on my account. I had to cancel since their services did not work one bit. Also no sympathy over the phone. No apologies with regards to the fact that I spent almost $200 on nothing. Really bad customer service.

Edit: I called them again cause on their website it says “guaranteed service” no timeline attached to that. And I got Sheryl who decided to be really rude over the phone and raised her voice, even though I was talking very calmly to her!
I got a call back from Nick, apparently Sheryl had the wrong information and didn’t know what account I was on… still was very rude though. But Nick is going to send someone else out to fix the issue hopefully. This is the only reason I’ve changed my 1 star to 2 stars.

These are the people to call for pest treatment. We’ve used Hansen’s twice. High marks for customer service, professionalism and results. Love being able to support a local small business.

Joe serviced us today. Joe was very personable right off the phone. He was very knowledgable about all the products and managed to answer questions before we could ask! Joe was also pretty cool as we were able to relate on things like pop culture and pets! Joe is awesome and he deserves a raise.

My initial contact with the Men in Black team was very positive. They were able to schedule a visit to our home sooner than initially planned which was fantastic because I HATE MICE! David was great! He quickly sized-up the situation and provided us with a comprehensive and affordable plan to attack the problem. So far so good, no new mice sightings!

It was so great working with Naperville Pest Control Solutions to get our inspection and treatment scheduled. The gentleman that arrived on time, talked us through the pest issues we had in detail before giving his professional opinion about what would best take care of them- which put my mind at ease! He also gave some tips for preventing future problems too! If you need an honest expert who won’t disappoint, I recommend him wholeheartedly.

For our follow up visit we had representative Ivan Santos. Ivan called to let us know his ETA and was right on time. He came right at 9:00 (our window was 9-12). Ivan was neat and mindful of the snow when he entered the house. He was quick and rechecked both inside and outside for any areas that mice could enter. He reinforced one area that looked fine, but could potentially become an entry point in a few months (according to him). Ivan was quick, professional and courteous. Best thing about the Pointe Pest Control visit – no dead mice were found ! They are an excellent company!! Highly recommend.

Workers that come to the home are very friendly and respectful. They’re presentable in both their demeanor and outward appearance. Jennifer who came today to spray was extremely personable and delightful. Every time they double check which areas of the home I would like serviced. Currently we only spray the outside but each time they have offered to do the inside and the garage. I like that they go above and beyond and seek to interact and confirm the job with their customers. We have been using this service for about 6 months now and have been pleased with the outcome.

We have been using Pointe Pest Control for 12 years and have been very impressed by the professionalism of the technicians, the attentiveness to detail, and the responsiveness when we’ve needed re-service for quick-building wasps in summer. Anytime we have called, Pointe has been able to come back within days to take down new nests or check traps. I would definitely recommend!!

This is first time I’m using any pest control. Jason, friendly service manager, was right on time for inspection and estimation. He explained in detail about the service and the products they use. He was very flexible about schedule. On scheduled day, Json Arrived right on time. Notified me 30 min prior arrival. While applying the pest control around the house he noticed bee nest, notified me and took care of it immediately. Very happy with the service.

Enrique solved our mouse problem in a couple short visits!

He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and he pointed out areas of nesting in places we didn’t know existed in our home. I especially appreciate the way he explained every step of his process and gave us tips on how to prevent the mice (and other pests) from ever coming back.

He went above and beyond and we would 100% recommend him and the Chem-Wise team to anyone dealing with mice in their home.

Jim was amazing! He was very informative, knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure all our questions were answered and gave us peace of mind knowing that we’re going to be ant free in a safe way for both our dog and our toddlers. Nasty ants were gone the next day and haven’t come back! Would highly recommend Chem-wise!
