I have used Black Diamond for years now in a variety of situations, both professional and personal. The technicians have always been prompt, courteous, informative and thorough! Chad is the best! Customer service is above exceptional. Jessica has gone well above the normal job requirements for me on numerous occasions. Everyone from the office was very helpful and so nice! Our first person that came out didn’t really meet our expectations and didn’t do everything that they were supposed to, but after talking with the office again they got everything set and straightened out for us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of any pest related issues!

Knowledgeable, friendly, and considerate of what we needed accomplished with dealing with skunks. Always showed up when said they would and wanted updated on the trap by 9 A.M. every morning, as to whether the trap was empty or occupied. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Their application and interview process took a month, and then they acted like they were interested, but wanted to finish their interviews and they would get back to me. So, I waited another week without word before emailing them to see what the decision was. #waste of time #deceptive people

Personal and professional services. I called for a dead rabbit in my backyard and learned about the rabbit den that exists there and estimated age of the rabbit. I appreciated the professionalism of the employee, so I asked the business manager for prices on mole and bee removal. The prices are the cheapest in Lexington with the best services.

Contacted Terminix to treat a friends home for roaches as a Christmas gift. Made clear up front that we needed a house trailer treated along with a pull-behind camper that was attached to the trailer. Was quoted $200 to treat the trailer and the pull behind, which I felt was a reasonable price. When the tech showed up he refused to treat the pull behind because he said it was not on the work order, said it would be an additional $120. Have tried for 2 days to get in contact with someone to no avail to try to get something done with the pull behind, and we keep being given the run around. Will definitely go with a different company in the future.

Everyone from the Inspector, Robert, to Jimmy, the Wildlife Specialist, & Geoffrey & Daquan, the service was outstanding!! They were all knowledgeable and friendly. No request was too difficult for them to accomplish and they went the “extra-mile” to perform all the tasks requested and required in an exemplary manner. They respected the property and fulfilled their contract, as agreed upon. I highly recommend them for any of your pest control needs. These are competent, hard-working and task-oriented employees.

The technician was on time provided a good amount of product and I noticed results very soon after the application. The technician communicated before and after the application and clearing of a wasp nest. The value from the service was worth the cost.

I shopped around and they were very professional. The prices are Super affordable for mosquito lawn and yard treatment. I will update on the rest of the service. I used action pest control. like everyone you have to sign the contract & I was fine with that. The inspector doesn’t even have a ladder or footstool. They drive a normal car instead of a van with equipment. Very disappointing. Now I’m going to have to turn around and pay another company and sign another contract.
