I called Allied Exterminators on a Friday because we’ve recently noticed ants getting in our home and a lot of spiders in the yard while mowing. Their next available appointment was the following day, Saturday, which was a relief we didn’t have to wait a long time. We had an 8-12 appointment but our technician, Paco, called ahead of time to let me know he would be on his way. When he arrived he was very courteous, polite, and informative. He explained the whole process and paperwork involved. He was very thorough! He sprayed the inside of our home and the outside. While he was outside he took care of a few wasps nests that we recently noticed by the front and back doors without me having to ask. Their prices were very competitive compared to another service we used in the past and so far we are extremely happy with the results. I highly recommend Paco and Allied Exterminators for your pest control needs!

We have a 2yr contract with terminix but cannot even use it because we ended up moving and can’t take our contract with us ….but I still have to pay the contract off to cancel it and then get a whole new one for my current address at the same value so I’m paying double for one service!! DO NOT GET THEIR SERVICE CONTRACT

Save your money and don’t use this terrible company. If a Tech does show up, they’re about 2 hours later than the scheduled appointment. That’s IF they show up. When you text the appointment line, they’ll tell you that they need a few moments to look up appointments, then never get back to you. But their accounting department is on time to pull their payment!

We did a quarterly contract for standard pest control and an annual termite service with installation.
The contract is fair and priced very competitive.
The service is on time and we are notified in advance when the tech is coming as well as when he is in transit

This is a great company for pest control! Anytime I have issues with spiders they come out and spray within a couple days. Very affordable too. Definitely recommend if you need a bug spraying done.

We have been using Full Scope over a year now. We are very pleased. The greatest thing is I don’t have to take everything out of my cabinets!. Now, they only have to do the outside because they didn’t see any roaches and neither did we since the ladt time they were here.

Service agents explain what they are doing, and what they did on each service. When termites were discovered on our property, they took the time to do a thorough inspection, not 15 minutes like the others called. They explained the differences between the types of termites common to our area and some does and don’ts when we find them. Treated our home and did multiple follow ups. They also treat for other pests and each time they come they are on time, tell me what they are here for today, and what they will be doing. The agent asks if we have noticed any activity of a specific bug so they can adjust accordingly. When the agent is finished, he asks if we have any questions and advise if we see any activity from a bug they treated for before our next scheduled treatment, to let him know and he will come back and take care of it. We have used Arrow for almost a year and have had no issues. Always polite, punctual and professional!

Michelle was excellent during appointment setup – very knowledgeable about the extermination process and knew what was going on at my house without even seeing it! Robert, the actual exterminator, was a very cool guy – super knowledgeable as well and no BS. Enjoyed talking with him during the treatment!

Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating! They were able to work with my financial situation while still providing excellent service and treatment for my home. And my technician, Dler Anwar, went above and beyond to come out on his day off, just to make sure that I get timely treatment for my home, even though I work during the week and usually only have time on the weekends. I don’t know many people or businesses that would do that, and it means a lot! Thank You!!

While Mr. Mark may be very good at his job he isn’t very good at driving or communicating. While backing into a spot at one of the offices near his he pulled into the lot around me almost causing an accident that he says he was no where near me but I feel it played out a lot differently than his description of the situation. When I called to complain he stated “I’m sorry you’re having a bad day…” no need to assume my mood. I would not be calling to complain had I not felt it was a potential issue. His bedside manner isn’t exactly the best unless you’re paying him, I guess. This is my first and will be the only experience I’d ever have with this company. I’d rather deal with a company that holds itself accountable for the way their owner, managers, and employees accountable for their driving and not just making excuses.

Excellent professional service! I heard scratching in my walls and some noises coming from the attic. I looked online and the first to respond was Maximo Termite and Pest Solutions. A licensed professional exterminator could be at my house within the hour! Elessar L. arrived and immediately got to work checking the outside, inside, eaves, attic and garage and found the problem. He found evidence of rodents getting in. He quoted me one set price, very reasonable and assured me that he would not stop until my rodent problem was eliminated. I am very satisfied. He has called and stopped by again twice to make sure the job is done to my satisfaction. Professional quality work completed at a fair price.
