Josh was very, very quick to reply to my late-night, online request for an inspection and he was at my house the next day, in the morning! (I prefer to work with companies that actually use modern methods of communication. So many still think the telephone between 8AM and 5PM is the only way to communicate.) Josh accessed the situation and thoroughly explained how he would solve the problem, the warranty and the cost. I agreed and then he started work immediately. For the second visit to my home, he communicated well about the scheduling and he arrived on time. He was professional and efficient, and the cost was reasonable. I am very happy with the service provided by Elite Wildlife Services.

Josh came out on short notice, on a holiday, and was on time. He did a thorough inspection and was able to find the dead rodent that had caused the house to smell vile! He was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I highly recommend him and this company! I will definitely use them again, if needed.

I can’t recommend Jeff and Omega enough. I was having mice problems at a rental property even after having another rodent company service supposedly addressing it. After months of the issue not being resolved, I called Omega and spoke with Jeff and he came out next day to take a look. He immediately identified the source of entry and even honestly told me it’d be cheaper for me to have my existing service company come fix it however after months of runaround with them I was done and asked Jeff and team to take care of it and do it right. Not only did they immediately seal up the point of entry and monitor to ensure all live critters were gone, they did full sanitation to clean up droppings/mess that previous companies claimed to not be their responsibility. Jeff always responded immediately and was easy to work with and gladly worked with both me and my renters to ensure prompt and least invasive scheduling. I would gladly work with Omega again. I appreciate their honesty about cost and timing but also their quality of work. You get what you pay for and I will never go with a “cheap” pest control company again after working with Jeff.

I had a very positive experience with Jeff, who came to my residence to inspect and provide a proposal. While inspecting the attic, he discovered an issue with an unrelated AC duct and fixed it for no charge during the visit. He did a very thorough inspection of my attic and roof and left me a proposal to review. I have not yet decided whether to move forward with project, but Jeff left me impressed with his professionalism and commitment to a potential customer. Thanks.

David Long was very thorough in his inspection and explained in detail what needed to be done to remove the bats we had issues with. He was prompt and had them removed as promised and the 10 year warranty on our entire home gives us peace of mind. I highly recommend. Thanks, David!!!

I cannot recommend Houston Bat Removal enough. After countless futile attempts from city inspectors and other private wildlife control companies, HBT was the only team to locate and capture a bat that had been intruding in our apartment for almost a week- all in less than an hour. Truly professional and efficient service. 10/10 heroes!

What can I say, absolutely fantastic! Every single contact, visit, communication we have had with everyone at Hunter Pest Control has been first class and I am very particular with everything. The technician removed the bat with no issues and did a treatment on the front and back to prevent other bats from returning. He explained the process and also let me know other services he performs.

I called other companies that were supposed to be open on Sunday and he is the only one who answered his phone. He was even able to come before the time he had given. I really appreciate the service.

I may use him for other services if needed!

Came in very swiftly stating he was with pest control and doused my kitchen with what I assume is a chemical replant. He did ask if I had a dog. He didn’t have a card or anything but pulled up this review page and asked for a “good job” review. I have a toddler with special needs who likes to sit on the kitchen floor so the fact that my floor is dripping wet is beyond bothering so I’ll be contacting my leasing office and mopping my floor.

We attempted service with Naturalcare for several months. We really really liked their people’s professionalism and service approach. Unfortunately, their product did not work for our home with it’s large trees, older structure and giant roaches. We had to have repeat visits and it just never got to the point of being pest free. I attempted to collect some sort of refund, especially after our new service jumped in an is working in our attic and doing things that Naturalcare never even tried. I was ignored for my request to get some of our wasted money back. I can’t recommend them even though many companies could take a lesson from them in professionalism.

Very friendly and helpful staff. On time and great service. They helped me trap and remove the mice that got into my house. The biggest part of their service is preventing them from coming in again. Parker from Bug State is AMAZING! Our house had ant problems from day one–found our cat’s food literally covered in ants, and they were all over the sink area. We called Bug State Pest Control and Parker took care of it immediately. The ants were pretty much gone after the first session. He comes in monthly and our house has been bug-less since then. Parker genuinely cares about his clients and is able to explain exactly what kind of chemicals he’s using and why/how they work (and how they’re harmless to our kitty!). Super professional and highly, highly recommend.

Been using Bug State Pest Control for several months now and continue to be impressed with the company and Parker. He’s always very professional and courteous. He recently treated for termites that were only discovered with the monthly pest control services, so very glad it was caught and minimized the damage. My husband and I started having issues with roaches and large leaf cutting ants after we moved into our new house in Seguin. We called Bug State and met Parker, who came to the rescue and took care of all of our pest problems. He services our house every 2 months and is considerate of our living conditions. We have dogs and other animals, and he makes sure to move their water bowls outside prior to spraying so no harm is caused to our fur babies. I have no complaints, he even cut us a good deal since we went straight to Bug State as opposed to being linked with our home warranty plan.

I would not recommend this company’s service to anyone. They are thieves, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. The person that came to do a job a my apartment yesterday stole my cash I had put up under my rug in my bathroom. I’ve been calling all morning since they opened to speak to a manager but no one has yet to answer the phone. I filed a police report on the company. I hope no one else has to deal with this type of service from this company.

We have used them for over 1 year and they come out quarterly. Recently, they have gone downhill. They came and a few days later, I noticed black ant-like bugs around the office. I called and they told me that they were going to send someone out the next day. The next day came and no one came. I called back and they rescheduled the appointment. No one came to the second appointment either. I called into cancel and they told me that they couldn’t cancel commercial accounts and that I would have to talk to a manager. They told me the manager would call me within 24-hours. No one called me back within 24-hours so I called back 2 days later and they finally let me cancel the account. Overall, their policy of satisfaction guaranteed and money-back guarantee is inaccurate.

I used Long Point to spray my rental properties, they have always done a very good job and are very responsive. I also have them come out to my home to conducted inspect for termites and carpenter ants. They are very knowledgeable regarding the use of pesticides and more natural bug repellants such as diatomaceous earth to control ants. They are always professional, their services are very reasonable and inspections are free.

I contacted this company regarding some information on treatments for ants. I live in Florida but had come across this company on the internet.

I spoke to Howard and Greg who were knowledgeable about what my issues were. I ordered the product that was recommended by using their online store. The treatment was cheaper than quotes that I had gotten locally and I haven’t seen an ant in weeks.

These guys were great.

We had never had a problem with any kind of pest in our 30 years in Houston, but never say never. I called at 3am for an estimate and by 2pm someone was at our home. The next day we got our house fumigated by Brandon Salter. He got to our place right on time and was so nice and patience with all 9 of us lol. He did an awesome job! And the price was reasonable for our 3 bedroom house compared to the other companies I spoke to. Will definitely recommend!

I started seeing random flies (not fruit flies) in my home. I like to consider myself someone who keeps their home immaculate so I wasn’t understanding where this was coming from. They immediately agreed to come out the next day for an inspection and remove what could potentially be something dead in the attic and treat for the flies. My appointment was scheduled with a window of 2-4pm. I woke up the following morning to a spider large enough to cover the palm of my hand plastered to the corner of a wall on the third level of my home (no one could reach it). I called Total Pest Elimination in a panic and I was having a complete meltdown. Needless to say they immediately picked up and assured me they could get someone here earlier. About 30-40 minutes later Juan was calling me to let me know he was in route. He arrived within the next 10 minutes and I felt like a first responder was here to save my life! Juan didn’t show up on time. He showed up EARLY! He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He educated me on a number of things and assured me that everything was going to be fine. I cannot thank Juan and Total Pest Elimination enough for rescuing me! My next move I will be calling them for recurring treatments to ensure my family and I are safe!

Quick and easy pest control!

Very professional and straightforward service!
T.S.P.M. pretty much heats your house from the inside out for a couple of hours (4 to 8) to completely kill all the critters entirely from your home. This will also kick out anything and not want them to come back since it’ll be so hot for so long—forcing them to look somewhere else to stay.

Dong and Zach gave us a thorough inspection, explained everything we needed, and never pressured us to purchase that day. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They charge a ton of money, sell you on false promises and do not deliver. Their pesticide does not work. Techs do less than satisfactory job. We ended up with more bugs then we had prior to hiring them. They try to tell you that their first 2 sprays draw them out and disrupt the bugs egg cycle, but we had more than 2 sprays. Couldn’t even get them out to do a respray for bugs in between services even though after many phone calls they promised to have someone contact us to schedule. Their mosquito fogging is a joke too! A lot of money for a preventative and minor treatment only for it to turn into a big bug problem. Whatever they use attracts bugs and mosquitoes. This company has poor customer service, leaves you on hold forever, and is filled with excuses. However they are fine with taking your money and not living up to their end of the bargain. Check out your local home improvement store. Less expensive alternatives that will actually work without the headache. If I could give this company zero stars I would.
