Jack & his team were awesome to work with. They came out within the hour to set up traps to catch the skunk in our back yard. They educated us on what to expect over the next few days & they were clear on their pricing. Once we caught a large possum the skunk was soon to follow (apparently they fight for territory). Jack came out on a Sunday morning (based on his attire I assumed he came right after church) to remove the skunk promptly so that my dog did not get sprayed again. Class act operation! Will use again and am happy to recommend to anyone else!

Jack is an outstanding guy who truly cares about people and what he does. We have had one critter problem after another since we moved into our home a few years ago. We’d been using the same company for all of those years (unhappily, and only because we had a warranty contract), and when the final straw broke with them, we were given Jack’s information from another contractor. Jack called me back within 30 minutes of contacting him, and then came out the very next day to assess our situation. No phone tag, no games, no sketchy behavior that we were so used to with the other critter control company. His friendly technician completed a full outdoor seal including adding on attic vent guards, and the work not only looks great, but has so far been successful. So, so thankful for Jack and his crew!

Super great company. Very timely and friendly, Jack came to do an inspection and was very personable and great at explaining everything to us. His guys that came to put bat vents in and seal up all the openings were very polite and quick. By far the best company to go through.

Great company! Have used them for several years now for fall invaders. (Stink bugs, boxelders) at our company and what a huge difference! Had them do my house too this year because of the large amount of stink bugs! Have only seen once since!

Dave is awesome to work with, he is reliable and professional. We have relied on Lakeshore Wildlife Removal for many years when we are having problems with predators. I would highly recommend them!!
